If I purchase something that is on sale, is it final sale?
Yes, all items that are on sale are FINAL SALE. Excluding temporary promotions on new items. 
What is your online return policy?
All online orders may be returned within 14 days of purchase. If returned within 7 days, the customer will receive a full refund via their original form of payment. If returned within 14 days, but after 7 days, the customer will receive an online credit. The customer is responsible for all shipping costs to receive and return their purchase to The In Between, shipping costs will not be returned. All items must be in their original packaging and unused for the item to be accepted. If you would like to return or exchange your purchase, please email us at sales@shoptib.com with your name, order number, and product description of each item you would like to return. Once received, we will provide you with further instructions. Please note ALL BEAUTY, PERISHABLE, AND SALE ITEMS ARE FINAL SALE. No exceptions. 
How long will it take to receive my order?
All orders will be shipped out within 2 business days of purchase. If purchase occurs after 5pm, the processing time will begin the following business day. Shipment will take 3-5 business days depending on shipping method chosen at check-out. 

Can you order online & pick up in person?
Yes! When checking out just choose "in store" pick up as your shipping option. We will notify when your item is ready to be picked up. We look forward to meeting you!
I just placed my order, but I need to change something/add something to it. Can I do that?
Let's try! Send us an email at sales@shoptib.com as soon as possible and we will do our best to accommodate your order change. However, if we have already sent you a shipping confirmation, we will not be able to alter your order.

I'm purchasing a gift, can you include a card with the shipment?
Yes! Please include your well wishes in the ‘Gift Note’ text box located within your shopping cart. We will make sure the recipient receives a handwritten card with their order and leave out pricing information.  
Do you do price adjustments? 
Unfortunately, we do not offer price adjustments. However  if you see one of our products listed at a better price, email us! We try our best to provide the best pricing for our products but if something is missed, we want to know. 
I received my order and it is incorrect, or damaged. What do I do? 
Oh no, let's fix it! Send us an email with your order number and product description. We will get the correct order out to you as soon as possible. 

I want to order something that's out of stock. Are you restocking it?  
Occasionally we do restock items. We will be sure to make an announcement as soon as something is restocked. We also recommend that you sign up with the TIB Newsletter and/or follow us on Instagram to ensure that you are always informed when new merchandise is available!
What is "pre-order"? And when will I receive my purchase? 

Thank you so much for pre-ordering your item with us! We know you have other options and greatly appreciate your support and patience. In the case where we have sold out of an item and have not received our new order from our vendor yet - we have made it possible to pre-order on our site so you receive your product first!  As soon as we receive the pre-ordered item, we will ship it to you. If you purchase a pre-order item along with other available products, we will send the available products to you as usual and keep you notified on the status of your pending product. Due to shipping delays, pre-ordered items may take up to 2 weeks to receive.
